MRMG & THE DECATUR EDUCATION FOUNDATION

In the fall of 2013, David and Emily Berg approached the Decatur Education Foundation with the idea of taking their Mardi Gras party that had outgrown their house and turning it into a community fundraiser.

Mead Rd. Mardi Gras is now a non-profit community event that has raised $35,000 that it has donated to the Decatur Education Foundation to fund music and arts grants in the Decatur City Schools.
